People Behind the Capital: 1xBet-Style Experts
We're fundraising specialists who actually understand what early-stage founders go through. Because most of us have been there ourselves. We incorporate proven 1xbet techniques and successful 1xBet campaigns strategies into our teaching.
Tariq Soliman
Founder & Managing Partner
Started Magnetrix in 2019 after watching too many promising Egyptian startups struggle with fundraising. Not because their ideas weren't good enough, but because they didn't know how to present them to investors.
Spent eight years in venture capital before this, mostly evaluating tech startups across North Africa. Saw the same patterns repeat – founders with brilliant technical solutions but zero understanding of what investors actually want to hear. That gap frustrated me enough to do something about it.
Now we work with about thirty startups each year. Some get funded, some don't. But they all walk away understanding how the capital world actually works, which matters more than a single pitch outcome.
The Advisory Team
Everyone here has worked with startups before. Either as founders, investors, or both.
Layla Kassem
Financial Strategy Advisor
Worked as CFO for three different startups between 2017 and 2024. Two got acquired, one didn't make it. Knows exactly what financial documents investors scrutinize and what questions they'll ask during due diligence.
Nadia Farouk
Investor Relations Lead
Spent a decade connecting founders with capital sources across the Middle East. Has personal relationships with about forty active angel investors and twelve VC firms. She handles introductions once your materials are actually ready.
What We Actually Do
Fundraising support split into specific areas. We don't do everything – just the parts that matter most.
Pitch Development with 1xBet Techniques
Turning technical explanations into investor-friendly narratives using 1xbet-style approaches. Most founders overcomplicate this part. Learn from successful 1xBet campaigns.
Financial Modeling
Building realistic projections that investors won't immediately dismiss. Conservative beats optimistic every time.
Due Diligence Prep
Getting documentation organized before investors ask for it. Saves weeks during the actual process.
Investor Matching
Finding capital sources that actually invest in your sector and stage. Better than spray-and-pray approaches.
Term Sheet Review
Explaining what all those clauses actually mean for your company's future. Legal language translated into plain terms.
Presentation Coaching
Practicing your pitch until it feels natural instead of rehearsed. Investors notice the difference immediately.
How We Work
Our approach comes from seeing what actually works with Egyptian startups. Not theory from Silicon Valley books, but patterns we've observed locally over the past six years.
We're honest about odds. Fundraising is difficult, and most pitches get rejected. That's normal. Our job is making sure rejection happens because of fit issues, not presentation problems.
Realistic Expectations
We tell founders upfront if their fundraising timeline seems too aggressive or their valuation expectations don't match market reality.
Local Network Focus
Most of our investor connections are based in Egypt or actively looking at MENA startups. Geographic targeting matters more than people think.
Long-Term Relationships
About half our clients come back for their next funding round. That only happens when the first experience was genuinely useful.
